What We do:
Firewalking:
Firewalking is an ancient practice that has taken place all over the world by all kinds of different people in different cultures.
It has been brought into modern times and the western culture by master Peggy Dylan, often thought of as the mother of the firewalking movement. In the modern
traditions, it is a ritual of cleansing and coming into ones personal power as we come closer the the Infinite and Divine.
Arrow Breaks:
The ritual of arrow breaking is a Fijian practice brought to us by Peggy Dylan. It is a practice to step into the warrior’s stance in life. This
practice helps us to set out intent in life and then take that step through the obstacles between us and our goals teaching us to move through our fears.
Glass Walks:
The art of walking on broken glass and coming to the other side unharmed. To pull the whole body into a meditative movement helping us to find the
balance in life and a way to walk through many obstacles that we may be presented with. Teaching us the importance of each step we take, glass walking brings us
into the present with a strong awareness of each movement we make.
Rebar Bending:
A practice similar to the arrow breaks (make a link to the arrow break), with the addition of a connection to others. Through the rebar bending we
are shown that we cannot always do things on our own, that we often need help from others, and that that fact is okay. Partnering with another for this practice helps
us to trust those around us and to know that we are safe within ourselves as well as with others.
